Employer & Broker Services (EBS) is a specialized support team established to help improve our customers’ experience. If you need assistance, our team of specialists can work with you to resolve any escalated service issues. We can assist with any operation requests including (but not limited to) the following:

• Access to care, Referral/Authorization
• Benefit and claim payment concerns
• Other unresolved matters, discrepancies, or issues
